At HP FOAM, we cut foam materials with technical precision according to your specifications. Whether for individual parts or mass production - thanks to our precise cutting technology, we guarantee consistently high quality. We use a variety of methods to achieve optimal results for every type of material and application.

Contour Cutting – Customized and Precise
Whether complex shapes, functional cutouts, or design contours—with modern contour cutting, we precisely bring your ideas to life. We work from CAD data or collaborate with you to develop the optimal solution. This results in precisely fitting material parts for a wide variety of industries and applications.

Mold Cutting
At HP Foam, we use mould cutting to produce one of our specialties: “water-repellent PU moulded strips” for seals.

The machine cuts blanks from PU foam into any desired two-dimensional shape. These blanks are then processed into the water-repellent final product in subsequent manufacturing steps.

Typical applications for contour cutting also include, for example, so-called pyramid panels made of Basotect® for sound insulation. In this process, the material cut in the first step is rotated 90 degrees, and a second cut is made to create any desired three-dimensional structure.
